These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the dataIQ-DNS platform.
By accessing or using the Platform, the Customer agrees to these Terms.
The Customer confirms it has the authority to enter into these Terms.
The Platform provides AI-powered document intelligence, extraction, validation, analytics, and AI-assisted interactions.

The Customer retains ownership of Customer Data.
The Company receives a limited licence to process Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
All software, documentation, workflows, prompts, trademarks, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of DataNnoviteSol LLP.
AI outputs are probabilistic and should be reviewed by the Customer before operational, legal, or financial use.
The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide continuous service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Advance notice will be provided where reasonably practicable.
The Company may suspend or interrupt the Service without prior notice to protect security, infrastructure, data integrity, or comply with law.
Such maintenance shall not create liability for indirect, consequential, or future losses.
The Platform relies on third-party hosting, AI, and authentication providers.
The Company is not responsible for failures solely attributable to such providers.
Each party shall protect the other’s confidential information.
The Company may suspend accounts for security concerns, legal compliance, or material breach.
The Customer may terminate use of the Platform subject to any separately executed agreement.
The Company may terminate or suspend access for:

Customers should export any required data before account closure.
Data retention will follow the Company’s retention policy and applicable law.
Neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or future losses, including:
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
Where a separate written agreement exists between DataNnoviteSol LLP and the Customer, that agreement prevails over these Terms to the extent of any inconsistency.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the complete agreement between the Company and the Customer unless replaced by a separately executed written agreement.
